2. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. We also use related technologies such as localStorage and sessionStorage, which serve similar purposes.
3. Cookies we use
Strictly necessary
- Authentication session: keeps you signed in across pages and on refresh.
- Security: CSRF protection and rate limiting for login and signup.
- Verification correlation ID: a per-session ID stored in sessionStorage so verification events can be grouped in our diagnostic logs.
These cookies do not require consent — without them the service cannot function.
Functional
- Remembering your preferred language and theme.
- Remembering your last-used role view (Artist / Promoter / Venue).
Analytics & marketing
We do not currently set analytics or advertising cookies. If we add them in the future, we will request your consent first via a cookie banner.
4. Third-party cookies
Signing in with Google may set cookies controlled by Google. Their use is governed by Google's own privacy and cookie policies.
5. Managing cookies
You can clear and block cookies from your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will sign you out and may prevent core features (such as email verification) from working.
6. Fees & VAT
Use of Mimosa Booking is currently free during early access; no cookies on this site are used for billing. Mimosa Management currently operates under the small-business regulation pursuant to § 19 UStG and therefore does not charge German VAT; no VAT identification number under § 27 a UStG is issued at this time. Once a VAT ID is assigned, it will be published in the Imprint.
7. Questions & dispute resolution
For questions about cookies or data, contact us at legal@mimosa-management.com. The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. In accordance with § 36 VSBG, Mimosa Management is not obligated and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
8. Changes
We will update this page if we add or remove cookies. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change.
